Even with my very limited knowledge of guitars, I felt that this one was \u201cnot right\u201d somehow, and awkward to attempt to play.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Normal-P-P0\"><span class=\"Normal-C-C7\">I know this might be a less illustrious guitar than some on these testimonial pages, but I thought that if I didn\u2019t start out with a guitar that played as well as it could, how would I tell an iffy one from a good one in the future. Robin was more than welcoming to me, realising my newness to this, and put me at ease throughout the time of dropping my instrument off to him, and explaining what work he considered the guitar needed, all without any pressure on me to have all the work carried out if I so chose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Normal-P-P0\"><span class=\"Normal-C-C7\">I did agree to all his suggestions, and boy am I glad I did. I started taking lessons as Robin suggested ( Ed: not from Robin) being so new to guitar playing and this allied to the now fully set up guitar (what a difference in playability).
